We are based in Colchester, Essex (UK). Although we love our little corner of North Essex and the beautiful Dedham Vale, we are not just Essex Wedding Photographers! We regularly cover London, Suffolk, Norfolk and further afield and we love a bit of travel!
Where are you based?
Absolutely, travel is always included in our quotes and we organise accommodation/transport for ourselves if needed - there are no nasty surprises!
Is travel included?
100%! Although we hope we never need to use it, we have £10m public liability insurance and our equipment is also fully insured. If you need copies of our insurance for your venue just ask.
Are you insured?
Us too! We are film nerds and we are constantly trying new things! Our personal faves right now are the Contax G1 and a Pentax 6X7 for that medium format goodness. We also shoot some great Canon bodies during our weddings with really beautiful lenses.
I love film! What do you shoot?
We keep it laid back and natural and we will save you from the chaos of the day!! While we are documentary photographers, we will always make sure you're looking your best and will happily ask you to pose slightly differently or take advantage of some gorgeous lighting.
What is your general approach?
Yes we can, we hope our website gives a good overview of our style and we are constantly updating this to better reflect it. If you want to see more we will happily share a full example gallery with you after our meeting.
Can you send us full galleries?
Yes it really is. Jack has always found it frustrating when time limits are imposed - things change and weddings don't always run on time! We will stay until we have everything we need to capture the full essence of your day.
Is it really 'no time limits?'
We most certainly do! We love a wedding anywhere! For these weddings, get in touch with us as we always provide a bespoke package for these to make sure we can cover them to their full potential.
