I'm our main photographer but I'm also a dad, cat dad and generally laid back guy. I have been photographing weddings in various forms now for around 10 years and I have experienced and tried a huge number of techniques and ideas. I feel genuinely lucky to have been a huge part of so many of them as there are not many things in life as important as your wedding!

When I’m not out shooting weddings or editing photos, you’ll usually find me deep into a DIY project or planning my next ride. I’m a big fan of cycling and endurance sports and I really find that these clear the mind and fuel creativity. At home, I’m always doing something hands-on, whether it’s painting, putting up coving or building something crazy! Alongside my wife, I have got a real love for interior design, colours, textures and fabrics and I always find this creativity helps me to think differently when composing photographs.

I aim to blend into your day, put you at ease, get incredible photos and make sure you get perfect mementos of your special day. I take dramatic, artistic shots combined with documentary reportage to ensure you have your whole day catalogued, without compromising on your masterpiece (and to make sure you get those much needed family photos). I hope if you choose me to be your wedding photographer that we would get to know each other and your wedding day would become a collaboration between us - hopefully that means that I can capture you at your most relaxed and natural (particularly those of you who don't love being in front of a camera) or your most dramatic, authentic self if you love a photoshoot and want to do something outlandish.

Behind The Lens

Hi, I’m Robyn. the other half of the creative duo behind Caley Photography. I’m a passionate photographer, a proud mum, and a full-time cat lover - I share my home (and sometimes my lens) with four adorable felines. Outside of weddings, I’ve always had a deep love for interior design and the beauty of well-thought-out spaces. I find so much joy in creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also reflect personality and purpose. That same eye for detail filters into my photography too.

Some weddings need two photographers, and some don't - this might depend on the size and style of your wedding and what you need from us on your special day. When you need two shooters, I tend to focus on getting shoots from a different point of view, on how you look in a particular shot (I have been known to touch up a bride's lipstick or make sure the groom's hair is 'just so'), anything you might want for social media and also general people herding. Being married to each other is also a happy bonus, in that if you need any support with any general wedding jitters, we're happy to help. Hopefully this means that you get the images you want but also get to spend the most time with your friends and family and not with us!

When I'm not there in person on the day, I still support in the background - carefully going through every image, selecting and editing each one by hand. I focus on natural tones, beautiful light, and a timeless finish - no heavy filters, just honest, refined storytelling. Having two creatives means that you get double the attention to detail and double the review process before you receive your perfect images.
